My rating:

I’m sorry to say I wasn’t impressed. It read like a true-crime book than actual fiction, the characters were one-dimensional and bland, and the story dragged itself. Too long, too winding, too bland for my taste.

I have another book by Mr. Olsen on my TBR (now I think I know why it was a freebie), but it’ll probably remain on that pile (at the bottom).
